Mobile Banking

To access your accounts using mobile banking, 你需要你的网上家庭银行用户名和密码. If you don't have access to online banking, 你可以在FCU移动App上使用“立即注册”链接进行注册.

For a quicker login experience with FCU’s mobile app, you can set up Face ID, Touch ID, 和Snapshot来使用兼容的苹果设备登录. Touch ID和Snapshot可在兼容的Android设备上使用. 

What operating system do I need for FCU’s mobile app?

FCU’s app operates using:

• 所有iOS设备使用最后两个主要的操作系统版本

How to Edit Transaction Descriptions and Categories

How to Set Up a Savings Goal

Create savings goals for the things you want most.

Select Savings Goals 在“财务健康小部件”的右上方菜单中. Then, choose the Create a savings goal button. 简单地给你的目标命名，输入你的目标的数量，并设定一个完成目标的日期.

Google Pay

• 下载谷歌支付应用程序为您的智能手机或设备.  为了使用谷歌支付，你必须有一个谷歌或Gmail帐户.
• Log in using your email address; if your phone number is connected to your account, you can log in using this as well.
• 添加您的借记卡和/或信用卡号码和CVV安全代码在您的卡的背面.
• Alternatively, 你也可以用手机的相机拍一张信用卡的照片, and your info will be transferred automatically.

Apple Pay

对于ipad和iphone 6或更新版本，你可以选择使用Apple Pay.

• 打开手机上的设置应用程序，滚动到“Wallet and Apple Pay”选项卡.

• Scroll down and select  “Payment & Shipping”
• Enter your credit / debit card number.

Samsung Pay

• Download the Samsung Pay app from Google Play
